She is definitely a "people person" and has a huge rolodex and relationships with people in different industries. Monti is very creative and thinks outside the box. I work with her in the commodity sector but she also has incredible knowledge in the HR benefits arena. If you have a venture and need advice on how to structure benefits for your employees, she's the one to chat with. Monti is an extremely hard worker and she's a 24.7.365 entrepreneurholic. I would not want to play her in Tennis..that's for sure.
