What can an entrepreneur, investor or employee learn from an eight and a five-year-old girl? More than you can imagine. If we were only as funthusiastic as Sophia Grace and her cousin Rosie. When I saw these two little girls from Essex, England on The Ellen Degeneres Show, I realized that although enthusiasm is contagious, funthusiasm goes beyond contagious – to the level of becoming an epidemic.

Enthusiasm is critical in entrepreneurship, sports, music, art – anything you do. Enthusiasm filled with joy is what I call “funthusiasm.”

Sophia Grace and Rose were on Ellen's show because they have a God-given talent to sing. The joy and enthusiasm these two girls showed while talking to Ellen was electrifying and magnetizing. To say that these two little girls were inspirational is just not enough. I’ve watched the video a few times and as I attempt to explain it, I am at loss for words.

These girls are amazing. I skip when I am happily doing stats and nobody is watching me so I guess it's ok for me to skip in front of humans too. Cool.

You must have fun in anything you do -- especially when you are inventing cool stuff like I have done. Funthusiasm works for sure.
