Jack's company, S3, is #228 on Inc's Magazine's list of Fastest Growing Companies (announced 8/30/2010). Jack is a big fan of the Toyota Production System (TPS), and so am I. You gotta love an entrepreneur who's employees get tattoos of the company logo on their arms. Now that's employee commitment, if I ever saw it. Congratulations, Mr. Jack!

Although a VC should push any venture faster ... The majority of companies do not have a real chance of landing a deal ... But, it is important to realize that this is not the end of the road. Entrepreneurs are always resourceful!

I recommend "The Bootstrapper's Bible" by Seth Godin for every entrepreneur who does not have access to VC or investor capital.

A must hear for each and every software startup founder (specially those responsible for strategy) ... Jack is like been there, done that! I liked the part when he described their story of losing their first and only customer; another interesting part is when they found out their inability to scale and of course everything about SaaS (I feel he is a team member; and not someone who lives in another continent; his company faced very similar circumstances just like mine)... I completely agree too you can never predict the financials of any future venture ... the vision, passion, discipline, strategy and team are what really matter along the road ... Nice work Entrepreneurdex!
